Lesson #5:  Add Picture

You can add a photo to your horse record by simply clicking the Insert Picture.  If you want to change photos, click on the Delete Picture and insert a new picture. 

In order to add your photos, they must be stored in a directory your local disk C: drive.  For example store them in C:\Horse Photos.  The photos will need to be stored on your computer.

Lesson #6:  Master Record

The Master Record is used to record general purchases for Feed and Inventory.

 Feed Tab

For example, under the Feed Tab, you can record the purchase of hay.  If you have more than one horse, there is generally no way to allocate hay to multiple horses.  By utilizing this record, you can maintain the costs you have incurred.

Inventory Tab

The Inventory Tab is very useful.  This section is utilized to record any cost that does not fall into any other category.  Items like insurance, trailer purchase, licenses, etc.  You can maintain the cost, date, and where purchased.  When you have completed the information, just click the Add button and everything is saved.
