Lesson #13: Shows and Events

These folders are used to record the show costs and events.

You can record several events for one show.

Shows

The Show folder is used to record show costs and event results.

Use the Travel Cost field to enter the total amount of expenses related to travel such as mileage, gas, food, hotel, etc.

Save your Stall Rent, Entry Fees, Day Charges and Bedding Costs.

Total Costs are automatically calculated using the costs in Travel, Stall Rent, Entry Fees, Day Charge and Events.

Events

The Event folder is used for recording specific show result information for an individual horse.

To get to the Event folder you must first be in the Show folder and then click the Events button.

The Event Information will automatically record the Show name from the Show folder.

Record the Event, Place, Award, National Points, and Points.

Lesson #14: Training

The Training folder is used for recording training records and costs for each horse.

This folder is flexible and can be used in several ways:

1. Track a Boarding Charge and a Per Ride Charge

2. Track a Training Charge only

3. Track only a Boarding Charge

Days Boarded is used to keep track of total days boarded. For example, input 31 days for a month of boarding.

Save the Boarding, Per Ride and Training Charges.
