Technical Support Policies


Free technical support is available for 30 days after purchase, to receive this you need to register as a user (unless you purchased directly from Cheval, then you will be automatically registered) by calling 281-677-8964, complete the following Technical Support Form or emailing the following information to [email protected] – name, address, phone, and license number.


After the 30 day free technical support period, you will be charged a per minute fee for telephone support. The per minute telephone fee is $15 for the first 15 minutes (minimum) and $1 for every minutes after that. Charges must be placed on a credit card at the time of the phone call. Technical support is available 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Please call to make an appointment if this does not fit into your schedule.
